Btw, watch Guma’s game ending sequence. It’s ridiculous 1:08:13 He flashes forward after Veigar missed minion and wasted skills. Auto’d Veigar three times all to Guma’s right side. After the cage, HE THEN ULTS TO THE LEFT. That is such perfect feather sequence. Because no matter where BDD goes, he’s trapped with immobilizing feathers from both his right and left. Guma dived forward to place a winning trap and BDD fell for it.

I think its save to say that faker might not be the best in the world anymore but he is still the most clutch - his team buys him time to try and fail and try try again..by the third time he tends to hit a game-ender, doesn't matter whether they are 3, 5 or 10k gold behind other great mids have to play clean games start to finish on carry champs to win, faker just bets with house money on one engage they found game ending engages from lost positions: vs KT to get to worlds in the first place vs TL to start of worlds vs JDG to end the golden road and lock finals ... one engage to end the entire game from a doomed position, it's never truly over if you have neeko, azir or orianna ults up - you always have a fail safe option

Its a winners final, its not the grand finals. This finals is basically just for the LCK title, T1 cares more about Worlds, so they might just lose the next series 3-0 since both T1 and GenG are already locked in worlds anyways. Winning the summer split is basically just for ego boosting. Faker is also still not 100% recovered from his injury, and theres the olympics he is gonna play on as well. If he tries too hard he could hurt himself too much, and self sabotage their chances to win worlds

I really don't like how the LCK casters tend to call things before they've even happened. They keep saying things like "I don't think he can hold" when really they should be asking, "can he hold." Like it's a small thing, but it happens all the time. It makes the cast much less interesting. LCK casters are hard carried by the gameplay. They're a far cry from the days of Monte and Doa.
