War Gaming instituted something brand new with the Action X crates. They now have 1 charm in each crate and once you get 25 charms you will get the tank automatically if you don’t win the tank earlier in crates. The charms ensues that everyone who spends $105 on crates, will automatically win the Action X. Of course, you would win it for just $5.00 with the 2 crate deal or you could win it for $50 with the 12 crate deal, but if you don’t and you are forced to buy a 2nd 12 crate deal for $50, you are guaranteed to win the tank with charms for a total of $105. This must be in response to all the crate haters who complained to WG and I give kudos to WG for instituting these charms which essentially cap the amount of money people need to spend on crates to win the tank. Great job WG!

NOPE... you aren't guaranteed to get a charm in every crate. It's absolutely no different than before, except you have an extra chance to eventually get the tank. But it could be $60,000 later.

mode22 you are 100% incorrect. Every Action X crate contains a charm and in the fine print it clearly states that once you collect 25 charms, you get the Action X. The 2 crate deal cost $4.99 and the 12 crate deal is $49.99, so if you buy the 2 crate deal and 2 of the 12 crate deals for a total of $105, you will have 25 crates to open which will give you 25 charms which will 100% guaranteed, no strings attached give you an Action X. Read the fine print in the Action X crates. This is clearly explained.

mode22 Here is exactly what it’s says on the Action X containers in the store: “Each container includes 1 Action X CHARM and a random reward from the list or has a 5% chance of dropping the Action X. Once you have collected 25 charms, you are GUARANTEED to receive the tank.” This means that the maximum you can spend before getting the Action X is $105. If you buy the 2 crate deal for $4.99 and 2 of the 12 crates deals each for $49.99 that’s 25 crates containing a total of 25 charms.

Just the fact that it is better than the tech tree version which is balanced makes it op. Same goes for all the defenders the progetto46 (the pantera is op as well and the progetto is even a bit better lol). Premium tanks are now usually better than tech tree tanks... no need to grind any tanks anymore. If you don‘t want to destroy your stats there are so many t8 tanks that you better consider skipping with free xp...

You just grind them for the most relevant t10 heavy and just for the grind they are good.

they put a cap on the crates. Still not a good deal, bt you get a token per crate. After 25 charms you can turn them in for the tank. BUT its still a $100 cap for a tier 8 tank

Caernavon is probably one of the best t8 tanks i've ever played... i mean... it's so fun! Doing hulldown shoting 1000shots a minute with perfect accuracy and penetration. The turret, even if it's still penable by some big guns, but it's unpenable for meds and heavies when moving (the jull armor is really nice too, travel speed is wonderfull and acceleration is really good, speed is meh but you don't need speed to sit in a farm position and just rekt everybody with your dpm and your turret). This thing might just be a caern but the turret is now unpenable for tds, that's all.

Tech tree Caernarvon is way more durable because sandbag HITPOINTS. Action X variant of the Caernarvon well it's kinda a monster but compared to Chieftain/T95 that's another story

Another thing people don’t talk about is the Caernarvon has more hp, reactive armor and a fourty percent engine boost. So if you find yourself in a brawl the Caernarvon has a better chance of survival.

Well hes right. This tank is amazingly fun to play. Bought the 12 crate pack got it on 2nd crate doh. Everyone crying about "pay to win" or "greedy wargaming" . its a company they are in the business of making money. Thats what allows everyone who bashes ppl ingame that have prem tanks to play for free. Have you checked out the turret armor on this tank? Now add that to 10 degrees gun depression and 2517 dpm and you have a OP tank that can't be pushed off a ridge. WTF are tier 7 tanks going to do if they catch this tank in a hull down position?

If it was the exact same as the Caernarvon, then why In the world would anyone buy it?. If premium versions of tanks weren’t better than no one would buy them and if no one buys premium tanks, Blitz would cease to exist. This is a fact of life. People say the game is pay to win and that may be true, but the fact is that Blitz is a for profit business with lots of bills and expenses to pay to stay in business. Free to pay players don’t pay the bills. Pay to win players pay them. If tech tree tanks were the same or better than premium tanks, then no one would ever buy premium tanks and Blitz would cease to exist and all those free to play players who always complain about pay to win, wouldn’t have a game to play for free.
