To answer the question around 1:49:30 about why it's a bad idea to connect a warehouse to two different roads: In the code, every building has a single road access point, which is where cart pushers and other walkers spawn from. Roads connect together into networks, which is how somebody like a market lady knows that she can get to a warehouse on the same road network as the market, but can't get to a warehouse on a different road network. So if a Warehouse is touching two separate roads (and, presumably, two separate road networks) then it only counts as having a connection to one of them, and walkers from buildings on the other network (industry buildings, in this case) won't see the warehouse as being on the same network and thus cannot deliver to that warehouse. I actually looked at trying to fix this behavior in Augustus, but the complexity it would add to the code to consider all possible road connections was large, and it would kill framerate performance if we put it in.

Another great job Jake. Very entertaining! Perhaps a map could be made on the other side of the spectrum? A huge map with a very high population requirement and other stats? Maybe high expectations from Caesar / war pop etc. Could be very entertaining to see! Well done again

High population maps are not very exciting: Anything over 10,000 just becomes a chore, because once you have over about 7000 population, you cease to have any problems with income or employment. Unless of course, taxes are disabled. That could be interesting, and difficult to balance.

Jake, you weren't totally wrong about the hippodrome thing as far as i'm aware. Just played a map and noticed unless i connect to the northwest part of the hippodrom w/ a road, my chariot maker won't send chariots that way (I believe you had that issue on this map, i'm not sure if you ever actually had the "working hippodrome" animation).

I wish my twitch notifications for you actually displayed what game you're playing instead of just "Against your better judgements you have..." so I could tell when you're streaming Caesar. Might not enjoy playing the game, but it's sure fun watching you play it. Too bad you can't hunt sheep for food, Pharaoh lets you hunt ostriches for meat occasionally, and they're basically the local equivalent.
