You speak very well and this video was quite helpful. I would have appreciated shots of completed kitchens using those concrete counter tops you mentioned. I'm trying to decide between Airy and Rugged. Thank you!

Hi Ginger! Thank you very much for watching and your comment. That is a good idea to incorporate in my future videos. Both colors are my absolute favorite. The rugged concrete is more dramatic, very masculine and rough. The airy concrete is more feminine and very nice and light. It all depends on your space, I know both colors will be gorgeous. As much as I always thought Rugged Concrete was my favorite, I am now leaning more towards the Airy color. Caesarstone does offer a visualizer on their website, and maybe this will help: www.caesarstoneus.com/quartz-visualizer/

This is a great idea, but I would thoroughly go over info on the different material types with your fabricator. As a fabricator, my most frustrating interaction with customers I explaining to them the pros/cons of all the different countertop materials/finishes and unfortunately designers focus more on the trends rather than the practicality. This is from 2 years ago, so I’m sure your knowledge has grown since then, but as a designer you’re the first person to interact with a customer, so it’s important that they have the proper expectation

Are all caesarstone quartz made with through body coloring (meaning the color goes all the way through the stone and it can be seen on the underside and edges of the stone) or is it just surface colorring?

Hi Veronica and thanks for watching!! Yes, all quartz slabs including all the colors by Caesarstone have the pattern show through the stone. So you will see it on the front edge and you could see it on the back. Just note that naturally the back side of any quartz will not be polished so it will look a little "rough" and chaulky. If you end up with a waterfall leg or something make sure to ask you fabricator to back polish the waterfall leg.

Caesarstone is one of the many companies that have decided that we should have a choice between drab, drabber, drabbest, or dull, duller, dullest! Gray, mid-gray, light-gray, gun-metal gray, early December gray, Berlin gray, Stockholm gray, and BLACK in just as many nuances and hues. And then there's "white" with light gray streaks and swirls, mid-gray streaks and swirls, black streaks and swirls, creamy streaks and swirls. One more boring than the next. These countertop manufacturers need to have their collective heads examined. These choices are REVOLTING! You're better off going with colorful formica.

You're funny! I don't know if I agree though. I look at all these quartz manufacturers and their colors (except Cambria) are all pretty much the same. Caesarstone is one that stands more out from the crowd in my opinion.

These counter tops may look nice but there is dark news behind it... People who work to make this stuff end up having a very bad lung condition due to there being no ventilation I feel extremely bad and sorry for the people who have this extremely bad lung condition and who have passed from it may those people RIP they didn’t deserve this 😔
