I have read her story in many places, Her story gives me energy on how to overcome a problem . She is a fighter and good business leader . I have done a fundamental analysis of CCD . The company is in good hands they are reducing debts and recent correction in markets is making CCD look attractive but still I would like to see company's Q4 results revenue jumps stats and debts to equity ratio after Q4 than Maybe I will build some position in CCD for long term.

There was no question of harassment by any of tax officials and/or department. The actual story is as under - D.K. Shivakumar’s IT raid was followed by Siddhartha’s IT raid too because of Suspicion of hawala fund transfer. D K’s daughter used to transfer Money to Siddhartha's CCD. CCD had transferred 20 crores to DK’s personal account. Another Singapore citizen Rajaneesh Gopinath also faced IT raids during Siddhartha’s and Dk’s raids. Rs. 1.2 core cash was found in his house and it belonged to Siddhartha. Rs. 362 cr unaccounted for money was also found with siddartha during these raids. CCD itself had around 118 cr unaccounted money it was revealed as against only 14 cr profit shown in its balance sheet. In Several hawala transaction, involvement of Singapore citizen Rajanish Gopinath was found. One Dikshith of CCD admitted hawala transactions during IT interrogation. In 2013-14 he had started an IT company called "Devadarshini Infotech" which was created to just show losses in its balance sheet. A furniture company called Guyana was also found, that declared losses citing "timber loss at mid sea due to sinking". Also he took 175 crores agriculture loan from Lakshmi Vilas Bank. Whole affair looks like to cover up black money operations. All the deeds of Mr. Siddhartha’s were anti national and against the prevailing applicable laws. The income tax department was to do what was required under the law.

After his death, the BJP Govt felt guilty and released assets & accounts that they felt were irrelevant. India lost a Gem because of the BJP. CCD had the most outlets in Bangalore City in every nook and corner of the city and wanted to even saturate the market once upon a time but now I rarely get to see any of their outlets in prime locations and the new kid in the block in the coffee space also from Bangalore like CCD seems to have taken their place and is called third wave coffee roasters that are giving even Starbucks a great competition and a run for their money by offering high quality products at very reasonable price and with good ambience and CCD would have to put in more effort now if they want to regain a pie of the coffee cafe market space in India.
