Wow, those poie sandwiches look really, really good!! Imagining the textural differences between the crisp poie skin, caressed with butter and then the soft inner spongy heart of the bun, the soft chicken contrasting with the crispy cabbage all tied together with the "gravy" and touch of mayo, had me drooling. Hearing you order Maria and Jaya to EAT, Maria building her "house" and then eating it (I've always wondered what a house tasted like), all of that bonhomie, suddenly made me yearn to be in Goa. The relaxed decor and ambience, very unassuming, had a very Indo-european look to it which made it even more attractive. This is one place I WILL try out!! Thanks again all four of you....
