I had his pizzas and they are simple and Goan. I told him to get onto Zomato and Swiggy but he said he doesn't want to because this is his passion and his baby and he cannot have anyone touching either. Love the attitude and the courage in today's day and age. Very inspiring

Nice to see so much of variety at such small joint, inspired by Goan cuisine. I read so many comments here about preserving "Goan this and that" which is very nice. I been to Goa after a decade or more, and was sad to notice the degradation, of the entire region, which in my opinion will wipe out its true identity in a very short time. Some things have to be done urgently and seriously to reverse the current trend to preserve the true Goan Identity. I would like to know if there is a truly authentic Goan culinary school which imparts skills to locals and outsiders like me who are serious about learning the skills before they are totally forgotten. People from Goan diaspora should bring back their culinary skills to spread the fame of Goan cuisine through these culinary schools. This project has a very big socio economic impact in Goan tourism, employment etc. I am also willing to meet anyone willing to teach me the skills from the comfort of their home/restaurant etc on a mutually agreed arrangement. Nice content, and am totally in for supporting budding entrepreneurs of the mom and pop shop type. I visit Goa, at least 3-4 times a year, and have fallen in love with the South Goa side, the laid back calm pristine beauty of the interiors is a sight to behold. GoanSeafood Thali is my favorite. The Pork Chops and the Pizza’s do look mouth wateringly Yummy. BTW, just a coke and Pepsi 😉. Will make it a point to visit his joint. Good work Leslie, more success to you.

Whoa, those pork chops look good!!! I loved seeing Maria lick her arms as well, my kind of style😄😄 Thank goodness the sauce didn't dribble down to anyone's armpits😅😅😅 (my feeble/disgusting attempt at humour. Just in case you forgot, it's catholic to forgive you know...) I've made pizzas (Neapolitan style) at home in a 500 degree celsius oven, unfortunately not wood fired, with Goan chorizo, onion and green chilli. I have a sneaky feeling Maria, you and maybe Roma would like them....my better half and even better offspring absolutely freaked out.
