Watching this video whilst I'm having my dinner 💚😊 really enjoying your vlogmas Mark! Especially yesterday little segment when you were sat on the bench at a park talking about how you realised how alone or you do things by yourself a lot. I could really resonate with that. I envy seeing videos of friendship groups hanging out having home parties/gatherings with their friends. But whenever I go out and do something alone which needs a lot of self talk and self hyping up before I can do it, i usually end up feeling a boost of confidence in myself
