As a 60 years old rider, I highly recommend a gel seat pad added to the seat, if your legs are long enough for a thicker seat. Also, see the FortNine video about the Yamaha SCR 950, better for a taller rider than the similar Bolt. For more money, the Tracer 900 is more comfortable for long trips, but without the V-twin sound.

Looking at top 10 and in reviewing comments it is interesting to consider whether the traditional definition of a cafe racer is still applicable. Originally it meant stripped down weight, simplicity and possibly some performance upgrades to reach the 'ton' all with the look of a TT racer machine. With those changes came a certain look and proportions to the machine. It may be an evolution but many machines now being built seem to be morphing into a different, maybe hybrid look. My metric might be: would the bike fit into the ACE CAFE scene in the early 1960's? If not then is it a cafe racer? Does identifying it as a cafe racer make it so? Many machines are works of art but I am not sure if they are cafe racers. LOVE the channel my friend. Regards from snowed in 🇨🇦

Virago motorcycles, although many have despised them as a bad proposal to compete with Harley Davison in their time, are really something special and unique. Over the years in this channel we have seen what creativity and passion can achieve with these motorcycles. This year is no different but surprisingly it came in double. In Mexican Spanish, when twins of different sex are born, they are called "cuates". There is something about that in the two projects, each with its own personality, which certainly attracts to look at each one for the differences they have. I liked the whole list.

Very nice motorcycles but the ranking is subjective.I think the yamaha tr1 from 5:10 is much more laborious work compared to virago 750 from the first place. Easy enough to change that; upgrade R6 or R1 front end and rear shock, otherwise rear in stock wheel, brake => different wheels, exhaust is like all virago. But they are very beautifully painted, polished and finished....and that bobber seat....
