Great video guys, thank you heaps! I’ve been using the 3 group head for 2 years now and I actually had no idea about the longer cleaning cycle. So, when do you recommend to do the longer one? I’ve only used the individual cleaning cycle per group head at the end of the day (sometimes halfway through the day depending on how busy we are). We are going through around 25-35kg of coffee beans per week (6 days trading). Thanks guys 🙏🏼

Thanks Ricardo! The manual and auto-clean cycles are performing the same functions. However, the advantage with doing it manually with each group individually is that you are still able to use the other group heads during service. If you are doing a backflush at the end of the day we would recommend performing an auto clean for time efficiency. It is to your preference how often you perform these cleaning cycles. I wasn't aware of this function, and none of my colleagues have anything other than "It's cleaning" to offer. 1. What does the cleaning cycle do with regard to the group head and connected components, and what do the chemicals assist in removing? 2. Are there any concerns with overcleaning? i.e. o-rings or seals impacted by chemical cleaner etc?
