This is one of the best, and most legit bikes on this channel. Retained a decent riding position. Handling improved with new front end. The ability to have 2 bikes in 1 is a significant achievement, showing skill and vision. Manufacturers should take note. This bike retains nearly all the good qualities of the original machine. I think for rideability in city, higher bars would be better, but at least this doesn't have silly clipons.

Definitely the big brands have an agenda with the cafe racer and scrambler styles. One only has to see the Kawasaki Vulcan S and its transformation by MRS to understand that interest in a potential market. I like this project because it retakes a style that is more and more interesting to me, the scrambler and certainly the sound of the engine is incredible. Great bike

Ótimo vídeo Vitor. Com relação a moto, não é meu estilo de café racer favorito, prefiro as "old school", mas reconheço que esta ficou muito bonita e arrojada. A princípio pensei ter havido um certo exagero em relação à suspensão e às rodas de carbono mas considerando a pegada deste motor, penso que o construtor quis potencializar ao máximo a performance da moto.. feliz de quem pode pagar toda essa exclusividade rs.. A grande sacada para mim foi tornar esse projeto plataforma para o kit scrambler e, quem sabe, disponibilizar futuras versões, o que, do ponto de vista do cliente, agregaria muito mais valor ao investimento e, do ponto de vista do construtor, um extenso pacote de serviços e comércio a ser oferecido, não acha? Grande abraço e até a próxima semana.

Zer01 Realmente, tudo que o amigo pontuou é verdadeiro, porém não amamos uma mulher quando acabamos de conhecê-la, por mais linda que seja. Podemos desejá-la muito.. mas "amor" mesmo vem com o tempo, com a amizade, com a historia construída juntos e o valor que isso assume em nossa vida. E a historia da Yamaha no Brasil é linda, desde os saudosos motores dois tempos dos anos 80 e os icônicos lançamentos RXs, DTs, RDs, XTs, etc.. todas expoentes em suas categorias e que fizeram parte do imaginário e do sonho de quem viveu tudo isso.. é daí que vem nosso amor à marca. A historia da Ducati também é magnífica, mas não fez parte de nossa vida.. ela começou agora.. para sermos justos devemos dar um tempo e ver qual será essa historia aqui, conosco. Porém, de cara, ela está me parecendo um tanto elitizada.. mas veremos. Quanto ao Yard Build, não devemos esquecer que a BMW também o usa ( e muito ) e a Ducati também o usou bastante com as Bimota e outros designers dos 80s.. veja: "anos 80". Enfim, resta ainda a questão gosto pessoal e isso, como sabemos, é totalmente subjetivo.. afinal, o que seria das morenas se todos gostassem das loiras? rsrsrs.. Abraço.

I came to see the custom cafe racer... surprised by the guest appearance of FZ-07 (i have a 2016 model)... two thumbs up: one for the FZ07 and one for the custom cafe racer... YAMAHA should work out a business deal with the builder for production rights of the racer; I would buy it if I could afford 2nd bike.

If Yamaha makes the XSR 700 like the scrambler version shown here, i would consider it. The standard xsr700 seems to have something missing all it, but then again i didn't see one in real life..yet

If you buy a tail tidy for the XSR700 and change the headlight, it is a whole new bike. And that for only a few hunderd euro's (or dollars, or ...). And if you want, you can easely change to a one-person-saddle by simply bolting of a peace of the back frame and buying a shorter saddle. Those are pretty cheap mods that change the entire look of the bike! Oh and maybe powdercoat the radiator in black, because yeah, you probably know why ;)

Could an experienced café racer rider please let me know how it is to ride in the rain. Does your back get dirty with the mud from the road. The reason I'm asking is because most café racers or trackers do not have any mud guards. Please let me know.
