Hi, fairly new to your channel and watched a lot of the videos and have to say we love it. Canada series was good but we love the routes less travelled and now planning a few of those this year.

The route from the A64 to Fridaythorpe brought back a few memories. On summer weekends, thirty years ago, it was purgatory if you were in a car as 43mph seemed to be the statutory speed for drivers coming from West Yorkshire to Brid. We used to call them Comforts. Come for t'fish and chips. come for t'sea and sand.

I first went there in 1970, when it was in the village. There were so many bikes that the road was effectively blocked.
