Good job!!! I really like the way you pour swans and that's what motivated me to practice more when I saw your videos a few months ago. Now I can confidently pour a swan😊I want to know how you set up your camera? Do you just place it on top of the machine? Is it something that your cafe manager encourages staff to do? I really want to record my work as well but I'm anxious that my manager will say no 😢

안정화할때 우유가 꿀렁 꿀렁 나오는이유는 거품문제인거같은데요 (거품이 굳으면 우유가 나오다 거품뭉칭게 퉁 하고 떨어지기도 하죠) 그리고 푸어링 잘하려면 물연습 무조건 하셔야해요 그래야 감을 잡아요 ! 일정하고 같은속도로 물이 떨어지도록 연습하세여 마치 드립하는것같은 주르르르륵

We have many kinds of milk, Soy, Almond, skm and Full cream milk. So I use 3-4 jugs for making coffee. And I change the jug after wash.

Alex inoshishi It’s Matcha (Greentea powder) latte and I mix with hot water and I pour steamed milk ! Taro is same way 😃

Gemma 제가 습관이 되서 자꾸 우유옮기는게 영상에 담기네요 ㅎㅎ 제가 연습시절에 거품이 곱지 않아서 우유를 다른 저그로 옮기곤 했어요 그게 습관이 되었습니다 ㅜㅜ 우유가 다른 저그로 옮겨지면서 거품들ㅇㅣ 한번 더 걸러져 우유가 좀더 곱게 되고든요 그래서 종종 옮겨요 시간날때만 그렇게하고 보통 바쁘면 그렇게 매번 옮기진 않습니다 ! 영상을 찍을땐 아무래도 아트를 더 잘하기위해 진짜 잔거품이 없는 우유를 만드려고 노력해요 !

May I ask do you steam at full power? Because the machine I use at work is VERY powerful and strong so if I were to steam at full power I'm afraid that it will heat up too fast without getting steamed nicely

Yeh I totally understand your mind but if you practice more and more you will not afraid the machine 😊 I love strong steam cuz I can make coffee really fast and make perfect foam ! Don’t be afraid it, it helps you make perfect coffee ! If you feel really hard to steam quickly, try to make foam quickly and don’t move the jug too much. Just wait becoming hot. Cheers !!

차가운우유엔 스팀밀크가 가지는 벨벳거품 없어서 라떼아트는 안될거에요! 스팀기기가 없을시에 따뜻한 우유를 프렌치프레스를 이용해서 수동으로 밀크폼을 만든 후에 연습하실 수 있어요! 조이님 영상에도 믹스커피 이용해서 집에서 하시는거 있어서 한번 찾아보시면 좋을 것 같아요😆

아뇨 ㅎㅎㅎ !! 제가 이번 영상에서 찍은 커피눈 핫초코 빼고 모조리 스몰 글라스잔이에요 :) 스몰은 싱글샷 라지는 더블샷 들어갑니닷 ! 제가 거의 스몰커피만 영상에 담고든요 사이즈는 6oz 일거에요 ㅎㅎ

KRING can vary on what machine you have, Eg Commercial machines tend to steam a lot faster than home espresso machines

THE WAY YOU HANDLE THE SHOT IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG! Why swirl the glass so strong that you lose crema? Why when you start pouring, you hit the glass? Can't you see how you're damaging the espresso shot? Look at how much white you're putting into it! No need to pour slowly to create a good canvas for your art, you just have to know where to start pouring and where is the deepest spot in the glass. Also if you're wondering why your hearts look bad in your tulips, it's because when you want to cut through, you're not supposed to slow down the pour. When you slow down, you won't have enough power to cut through properly. Basically, you've got a lot to improve on, and I'll leave you a dislike for not knowing that.

Oh! How amazing comment is ! But How can you judge me I am making wrong way you haven’t even tried my coffee ? There are many ways of making coffee depends on the Beans, Barista, Culture and Country. Hope you see hundreds of video from KZbin, articles on Google and Instagram. There are thousands of people, Barista story or videos about making coffee. Everyone has different habits and rules about making coffee and making art. Hope you learn from there, not here. I don’t know who you are, how amazing barista you are, but YOU CANNOT JUDGE ME BEFORE YOU TRY MY COFFEE. Thanks for the comment I learned many things from you. By the way, you also need to respect other baristas.

Swirling/tapping cup will only get rid of the big bubbles and mix the crema well, which makes pouring art easier. I don't see how crema can be "lose" under this circumstance.
