(+) +15% movement speed while buff is active (+) +15% reload speed while buff is active (+) +10% weapon swap speed while buff is active (+) +35% melee attack speed while buff is active. (+) +Extinguishes teammates. (-) For every teammate buffed not including self: Thrower gets -10% movement speed for 5 seconds after buff, up to -30% speed. (-) Enemies in the splash range also get the buff. I think I went a bit overboard.
