I would like to find the articles the guy at Dragonfly Coffee Roasters was referring to. Also, is that really true that the same health benefit (from the same chemicals) of coffee is also in decaf? It seems as though the decaf process (depending on which one) may result in the loss of some chemicals (besides caffeine). Anyone have any knowledge on this?
