Don't give up. It's taken me years to get to this state of carnivore but still not 100%. Other diets make you run away never to return. Carnivore isn't a "diet". It always pulls us back because it's our correct food. I now go from weeks to months of strict carnivore and then mess up. More time between mess ups and less severe cheats.

Just started Carnivore about two weeks ago, I feel exhausted. I hope the liver works for you. Caffeine addiction is real. Best wishes

I’d go decaf. When I quit coffee I felt really ill for three days. Decaf does actually have caffeine in it, but only a tiny amount. But it helps fill in for that habit of making coffee. If you have it for long enough when you drink a proper coffee it tastes horribly strong. Ween yourself off gradually.

I drank 12 cups of coffee per day. I went down to 4. Then switched to black tea. Then i switched to green tea. I now drink 3 tea bags of green tea per day. And sometimes a week I have someblack tea and sometimes a month i have some coffee. But I also have decaf. Im planning to do a full stop but it takes time

i can relate, can remember the first coffee (also had all kinds of teas and chocolate) of the day made me feel on top of the world but then the physical and mental effects later on in the addiction really sucked. drank it from dawn to dusk. couldn't actually fall asleep unless i had enough throughout the day, would have to get out of bed to brew 2 cups. how you feel after quitting for a while and going back is what keeps people addicted to any substance. there's absolutely no point in ever drinking it, it actually dehydrates you and makes you lose minerals instead of gaining it, plain water is actually better.

I was drinking 2-3grams of caffeine a day, feeling all jittery and anxious from it. Carnivore diet helps get through the first week which is hardest, but i think you should also try supplementing with lugols iodine

Thank you for your video and the honesty of how hard it is at times to overcome the cravings. I have wanted to be strict Carnivore for over five years, but continued to give in to carb-cravings over this time. I feel for me, it does not work to eat any carbs at all. I do not do well with dairy or eggs or bacon, so I am trying very hard to keep to the Lion Diet. I am still also trying to eliminate the coffee. The coffee withdrawals are very real. I wish you all the very best on your journey to restored health. I really do believe, myself that the Carnivore lifestyle will heal if kept to for long enough and keeping it strict to 100% carnivore...

Thanks for your comment, the lion diet is very good for you, I also think that 100% carnivore could be the best, I'm just testing things out some, see how it goes 👍 As for eliminating coffee, cutting it down over a few weeks could be easier, cold turkey is hard, but my 4th day today am getting more back to myself 👋

i'm trying the lion diet from a beef,bacon,butter,eggs,salt,water,coffee diet but i'm pretty sure the benefits since then can be attributed to quitting the coffee alone. i'll try reintroducing unprocessed pork when my 30 days are up and see how my body reacts.

I'm like that with SUGAR. I'm 75 and I've NEVER seen ANYONE who can eat the MASSIVE amount of sugar as me. And I've never been overweight. For most of my life I've been rather thin and even at my HEAVIEST weight I was never above the weight guidlines for my height. If I get OPNE BITE of food with added processed sugar I CANNOT STOP! I keep going into a full blown BINGE.

It's good you are keeping away from processed sugar, it is bad stuff and sounds like you have a crazy addiction there. I feel really ill if I eat any of it, I was addicted to having some now and again, but finally beat it by going full carnivore zero carb, now I don't crave it anymore. I'm adding a little potato to my meat now, it works out I'm getting about 2.5g carbs per 100g of food I have, and my blood sugar seems good 1 hour after eating. I hope you can manage to stay off the processed junk 👍

Seems like more meat less meals, might help instead of the vegetables. Coffee can cause irratation to my system after awhile. Hope you visualize what you want, go for it.

To gain weight, why don’t you try raw milk? As far as the coffee addiction goes , sounds like me!! It’s really terrible!! I also think that the coffee really interferes with absorption of minerals and nutrients.

Eat two spnoon of BUTTER without coffee every time their a craving , FAT is fuel for the brain ,and pray that HE release your addiction , with HIS strengh mountain are move with Faith* Friend*!

I'm surprised how addicted to Coffee I am, realized now I'm a caffeine addict & I can't drink it again. It's a crazy addictive world's most used psychoactive drug, some people like us seem to have no control over how much we have a day, once we are under the influence of it 🤔

I gave up several times and fell of the wagon. I don’t drink alcohol. I have it up and that was easy by comparison and I didn’t continue to crave it.

I just quit coffee. First I changed to 1/2 caff, then I started mixing that with decaff. Then when I ran out of decaf, I was done.

I used to take lots of B-12 supplements that had intrinsic factor in them, but I became sensitive to the microcrystalline cellulose/ vegetable cellulose as most of it is quite triggering to inflammation and allergy...and went to sublingual B-12 supplement but became even more severely reacting to the Glycerin/Glycerol in it . .so now I am eating RAW liver and searching for a pure form of B-12 powder or an alcohol sublingual B-12...

yes you are guaranteed to have everlasting life by believing the gospel, but deliverance from physical illness is not guaranteed. it's good to pray about it though anyway.

To much liver is not good for you, to much iron, stop eating peanut butter and potatoes and eat more fats and creams to put on weight, I also love my coffee and using a flask and the small cup which comes with it, I use two tea spoons of coffee and around 4 times a day hoping to cut down to one teas spoons of coffee until am coffee free, have you looked into your oxolites in the foods your eating that could be your proplem, also coffee suppresses your hunger.

I've tried a little potatoes again recently and it effects my health in a bad way. I've cut down to liver to now and again. When I go 100% all meat I seem to lose weight. I seem to have trouble with dairy and eggs which I know could help me gain weight. Maybe if I could get more fat adapted that could help me gain some weight, I will keep trying until I work out what's best for me. I still keep craving coffee but somehow I am managing to stay off the caffeine. How is your coffee intake doing now?

I think it's okay if you can have only 1 or 2 cups a day, but I seem to have a crazy addiction to coffee/ caffeine and once I have one cup I seem to have no control over my crazy cravings to drink more leading to around 12 cups a day with 2.5 to 3 heaped teaspoons of coffee ( nearing overdose levels) so definitely best I quit it or I abuse it 👍

Stop torturing yourself :) Id drink a cup of black tea for two weeks, then make it thinner and thinner until youre weened off. good luck.
