They are now my daily go-to! Not the best energy drink I never had, but good enough for my need! No sugar, strong taste, good cafeine and diversity so I don't get bored of it too quick

I happen to find these a few weeks ago at a gas station where I live. At this gas station they had the Tropical passionfruit, Peach Mango, and Cherry Berry Lime. At first, I thought these were the only flavors they had in these new 12oz cans and then I saw your review for these, and you had two other flavors, and I was like what. I decided to go to C4 website to see if they had a list of the flavors and saw they have all of these flavors on there. I am kind of surprised they did not send you all of the new flavors. The only one I have tried so far is the cherry berry lime and really liked that one a lot and would for sure drink that again. It had a really good rocket pop like taste to it. I thought this was one of the flavors you were going to review in this video and was really looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it but then I noticed you did not have it. I am guessing they will be sending you the peach mango and cherry berry lime also and hope you get them to review.

I am very dissatisfied with the new design. The can is smaller but the same price. It doesn't give me the same energy or focus as the original Smart Energy. I like the Green Tea instead of the Green Coffee. Every time I find a product I like, they change it. Sometimes change is not the best move.

I actually found myself getting jittery from the new c4 smart energy over the old can maybe from what you said about the caffeine absorption of the caffeine per oz but still really good even though we get a smaller serving :/

Haven't seen blood orange yuzu yet, but I've had the other two. I liked strawberry guava more than tropical passionfruit. I wish the passionfruit flavor was stronger, but I still thought they were both quite good. Overall, good additions to a line that needed more flavors.

People were telling me that Walmart had a lot of the C4 Smarts. Havent seen them at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC yet. Not sure about. Jst Work yet. Need to look into it a bit first.

Hey CafffeineMan I'm curious, how many energy drinks do you consume on average? I've been trying to cut back slightly but I think I'm at a healthy spot right now with my consumption

I usually have 1 to 2 a day, depending on my caffeine needs. Usually a low stim 100 in the morning, and a cup of tea a little later one, and 200mgs afternoon/evening. Sometimes I skip the morning one for 2 teas and just have an afternoon or evening one. I also drink plenty of water.

I highly doubt they'll axe the Blue Razz. Out of all their drinks, I think they have the best blue razzs in all the lines. Then again, I didnt expect Electric Sour and Cotton Candy to go away either.

I will be so disappointed if the 16oz cans are discontinued. I drink them every work day. Maybe I can get used to these. I am excited for passion fruit though. How do you not like passion fruit!? Fresh passion fruit and pf juice is amazing. Easily one of my favorite fruits.

@@CaffeineMan1 if you ever find yourself in Southeast Asia, try the fresh passion fruit juice there. It is a total revelation. To be fair, energy drinks don’t really capture the real flavor. So you may find yourself loving the real fruit and juice and liking the flavoring even less.

They’ve made 12 oz cans of smart energy that have 150mg of caffeine this whole time.

It wasn't until Covid hit that a lot of companies couldnt get their hands on 16oz cans and switched over to 12oz cans as an option. They 12oz cans with 150mgs were exactly the same at the 16oz cans, just 4oz less. These new C4 Smarts changed the formula slightly and went to 200mgs...because 150 just wasn't enough, LOL!

I feel like I can taste a big difference between these new coffee formula drinks and the old tea ones. When comparing the Peach Mango to the old Peach Mango Nectar, and the Cherry Berry Lime to a Freedom Ice there's a substantial difference. The new ones are still good. But the old ones are better. My opinion of course.

I haven't actually tried the old flavors yet in the new formula. I may have to do a comparison video and see for myself. I mean, the Cherry Berry Lime will definitely be a difference since it has lime but Im hoping the others are still just as good. Im still working through my last 2 cases of 16 oz Peach Mango nectar and Icy Blue Razz.

@@CaffeineMan1 yeah they put the Cherry Berry lime in the same can coloration as Freedom Ice so that's why I compared those. Peach Mango vs Peach Mango Nectar though shows a clear difference. Maybe the Nectar is the difference. 🤪

Give it time, companies love to shrink the size of products and eventually price the smaller products as high and eventually higher than the original. These 12 cans are no exception. I was almost fooled on amazon by them, and thankfully cancelled. I'm now switching to another brand.

I really like the blood orange yuzu flavor and already picked up a second case. It’s my new top favorite Smart Energy flavor. Still love me the blue raspberry too. Didn’t realize they removed the malic acid. Too much of that really makes my teeth hurt so that’s a win for me as well.

Glad you like them so much!!! As for the malic acid, I did try to specify that these 3 don't have malic acid. I didnt actually get a chance to look at the older versions. Not sure if Blue and peach still have it or not. I should look into that. LOL!

@@CaffeineMan1 i talked with a guy who runs Circle K by my house yesterday and he told me about that flavor and said he'll have it in stock Thursday with othe C4 300mlg of caffeine flavors,basically replacing Bang and he also said Circle K is done with carrying Bang. And i told him to get all the flavors other than Snow Cone lol,it's disgusting EVEN in C4 version. Not as bad as Gfuel but still disgusting.
