Funny how perspectives are. I, for one, hate auto tune, and because of that I absolutely can’t stand this part. It feels way too sharp and corny to my ears. I can’t help but make a face every time the song gets there lol I objectively listen to this song because of the feeling I get through the chorus: “I watch the moon Let it run my mood Can’t stop thinking of you” I love the way it’s structured and I love the melodies as the sentences grow longer in each verse It amuses me the different ways art connects to people. We both like and listen to the same song, but we do it because of absolutely different reasons. That’s just awesome.

Hopecore brought me directly to this song. Ik people might get annoyed or mad at me because i practically discovered the song bc of Tiktok, but i mean it when i say that the videos that have introduced me to this song have been saving my life in a way. I say this as a person who had passed through many losses: People, pets, things with special meanings, hopes, and i could keep going. So, if you're either passing through something hard, or someone watching someone in that situation, please have little talks with them and try to reassure them. Try to make them a bit happier. I know that it's hard, and that probably not everything will be completely okay, and that maybe you won't find all the pieces of your puzzle, but sure there are things that will take it's place. Things will get better, but it won't be ever completely fine. Remember that NO ONE is perfect, everyone makes mistakes, but you can still try everyday to be better. Heard this just randomly flipping through shorts and immediately got hooked by it. Something about it just has this mid 2000s vibe to it and it sounds like something i could hear in a modern Need For Speed game. Just like a kinda happy kinda sad reminiscent feeling.
