I would suggest finding an Arma3 unit that fits your "playstyle" in terms of realism/immersion rather than focusing on specific mods. Units will require a custom mod list for members. I enjoy Arma3 the most with a good group of guys that are dedicated to improving small unit tactics rather than large task forces clearing entire cities.
