Cage the Elephant LIVE: Aberdeen - A girl apparently paid $40 for a concert ticket so that she could tell Jared that he is an asshole in front of the whole crowd. She then proceeds to dance harder than anyone else in the crowd as the band plays Aberdeen . (It was a lame crowd but not CTE's fault. They were the festival opener at 4pm on Friday.) At some point, the girl must have caught on to the lyrics and does the only self-respecting thing...leave right before the song ends.

That Bass line he's laying down is one of the best in Rock n Roll ! Also, the goldtop Les Paul is sick ! One of the best live bands of the modern era. 🙂

To everyone wondering what the crowd's deal is, it's understandable. I figured out a while ago that they are actually performing for a bunch of deaf people. Literally half the crowd is deaf. I have no idea how that happened.

What a shitty crowd! If I saw Cage live I would be losing my mind. Matt and the band always put so much energy in to their performances, it would be nice to see the crowd more receptive of that.
