I dont know if it's an intentional Easter egg but in payback Marcus Weir gets promoted to some project called Arkwright and the hot pursuit map has a convenience store called arkWright next to some Freeway (if Im not mistaken it's at the freeway leading out of an intersection on the southern end of eagle crest)

2:33 could be an NFS Rivals reference, because F-8, the guy you play as on the cop side, does the exact same thing. Edit: Nvm, That was Zephyr who did it. He is a street racer. It cannot be a ProStreet reference either despite the cars because that game involves legal racing. This could mean that it is referencing the Player on the cop side. During the events of Hot Pursuit, the Player might have done that to ensure safety for society.
