Caine was already killing it and then Jax came in with the coup de grâce. Alastor was already dead before his second round started - him losing his temper was just sour grapes at that point.

I love this battle and think it is very close. I actually like the part when Alastor gets menacing because it’s in character but I think it should have been after the line that talks about his owner for the reference to the Husk moment

Well, there isn’t much as of now for what one can diss about Caine and/or TADC, and I’d say Alastor did well for what he could use against Caine. And also, the first half of his second verse has justification for its direction, not to mention that the last line of that half is a genuine diss.

I think Alastor had the best verse, his first one, but Caine had two consistently good ones and Alastor’s last sort of fell flat, so Caine took it for more people.

In spite of the thumbnail, I don’t think this is what I’d refer to as a one-sided battle. Yes, Caine still won in the end, but with what could be dissed about Caine and/or TADC, Alastor did pull up a fight. I also appreciate giving props to the death threat phase within Alastor’s second verse and not simply just saying that he gets points off just for that; there is some justification after all for that idea.

Caine stomped Alastor. Caine didn't even need his other bars, Digital Circus smashed it as soon as Jax came in with the "Replacing his cast" line. Love Hazbin and Helluva Boss, but Viv is a real scumbag for what she did to the og cast

@@whatitdodave Black Gryph0n himself mentioned it was due to the fact that she'd always wanted a Broadway cast, and Amazon gave her that chance, so she took it. As for the goodbye song, yea, a lot of them left in good spirits. But Vaggie's original VA felt so spited by the change that she declined to even be a part of the song. Then on top of it all, when it came time to premier the show, none of the og cast wasn't even invited to go. Again, straight from Black Gryph0n himself. Black Gryph0n has a Q&A in the Goodbye song's comments.
