My Cairn Terrier would sleep with a Pet Mouse. It would get out of the cage and she would not move when I moved her the mouse was under her sleeping.

This is very cruel for Guinea pig! The dog is playing hunting. My Guinea pig become sick and die after the same situation.

Your comment is taken on board however Ernie and Ruby were very good friends and used to sleep next to each other on the sofa, share veggies off a plate and Ernie enjoyed running around Ruby. Her sister, Rosie, was never allowed near him as she had typical Terrier traits!

Pretty clear the guinea pig is terrified since it is backed into a corner. Most Cairn owners know that their dogs were bred to kill small animals and rodents. Disturbing video to say the least.

You are correct, that is a terriers job however you do get quite a few who are very gentle . Ruby was very gentle with Ernie and he used to cuddle up to her and wasn’t scared. He had just been running round her before the video was took. Her sister, Rosie, was never allowed by the Guinea pigs as she did have the typical terrier nature. Don’t be disturbed by it, we’re very responsible pet owners ❤️
