I’ll never forget witnessing a child vendor on the train, who must’ve been no older than 11, being physically assaulted by a group of security guards who stormed the train at a stop. They took his belongings and would’ve taken him as well had we, women, not stood up to protect him. These vendors go through a lot, most of whom are women and children constantly having to face harassment by security. They deserve the utmost respect and recognition though their stories and lives go disparately undocumented. Great work on this vid.
