Hi, Yes they seem to be liking baits tipped with maggots, also 2ft foot black zigs work well over pellets sold from the shop. I've also done well with a bunch of maggots popped up over a piece of cork. As in 20 plus maggots. good luck and let me know how you get on. Feed hemp and also take some crushed hemp soaked in hemp oil. Stick it in a PVA mesh or something. back leads are a must along with a fluro leader or mainline pinned down 6ft behind your rig. well I went and did everything you said mate and didn't even get a liner , fish crashed over my bait and still nothing I think the place definitely needs to mature before it starts fishing properly oh yeah and that maccas an ignorant little git
