They’re great, but did any of them sell out or set records at every single road game last year? I’m pretty sure only Caitlin did that. I think the rest deserve credit for carrying the torch, but Caitlin did this. The only reason it’s important is because you need to realize the others won’t bring in those numbers like she does until someone comes up with another way to do it aside from her 40-foot threes and crazy passes that everybody loves watching.

Double C's commanding performance & experience on the court during the NCAA tourney were the reason for the upcoming trend in the pro games. The other women in the draft should lift the economic doldrums out of the WNBA-ventured arenas.

"JuJu Watkins had better numbers than Caitlin Clark in her freshman year". Not true, offensively not at all. Watkins shooting percentage was not good at all for a high volume shooter and she had more turnover than assists. She took 3.6 more shots per game that Clark and only averaged .5 pts per more. Points per game (27.1 to 26.6) and rebounds (7.3 to 7.1) were almost the same and Clark had more assists (7.1 to 3.3) and a better assist to turn over ratio (1.5 to .8). Clark's shooting % was way better: .472 to .401, 2pt .540 to .432, 3pt .406 to .319. Watkins slightly fewer turnovers (4.8 to 4.1) more steals 2.3 to 1.3 and more blocks 1.3 to .5. Overall, Clark had better numbers.
