So much attention to the women's basketball and Caitlin. I just want to say, I am big fan of great leadership and think it is invaluable in both sports and any organization. The biggest superstar I have seen in all of this is Dawn Staley. You can tell by her interviews and team performance this year, she is a superstar coach and outstanding leader.

The money can only come if it's there. Once the league is profitable, payroll can be addressed. I just don't understand all of the criticism from the WNBA veterans. the opportunity is there with all of the young talent to really make positive changes going forward. this wave of popularity, while overdue, should be embraced.

Talk about put your fans on your back!!! Caitlin asked her Iowa fans to raise the level of cheers in response to a great Iowa play. It takes courage, honor, and character to ask your fans to increase their level of cheer, and her fans honored with a louder cheer, Caitlin had the courage to ask, and fans accepted her character as part of the moment, a part of them! This Caitlin Clark effect is the relationship between the star athletes and the women basketball fans. Billie Jean King fought the penises of the tennis association for women professional rights and won. Tiger Woods had a great run with the golf fans. Manic Johnson and Larry Bird made the NBA a viable professional league which “Be like Mike” possible. I think we will soon see “Be like Caitlin” everywhere. I think young parents of girls and boys have a pure competitor role model in Caitlin Clark. Parent have focus on Caitlin and are pointing out that anything is possible if their kids “Be like Caitlin”. She plays the game with honor, courage, and character. Where are the role models? On the national scene we have liars. Congressmen who are spreading Russian propaganda and not honoring international sovereignty and favoring Putin reforming the old Soviet Union into a fascist Russian state!

When she started doing it 4 years ago, I noticed that a lot of other girls started getting confidence. Take Flau'jae Johnson, for example. This year she was playing to the audience and pointing out in the crowd, getting them pumped up. I loved every minute of that as well. For a long time, women were told that this type of behavior is inappropriate. And now doors have been opened. All the teams are not going to look back!

Dawn needs to start talking about her own players and Raven who successfully defended caitlin Clark so they may also get some endorsement deals. Leave Caitlin Clark alone. She already got many endorsements and your players beat her. I never heard Caitlin Clark coaches promoting South Carolina players. Lifting your own players wouldn't make you racist. Right.
