5 years now. I really think Caitlyn needs to take a step back and not talk to the media before games on game day. Close they're always looking for an angle so she could say something perceived as wrong so they can call her homophobic or racist. It's best if Clark just goes and does her job and gets out of the season hopefully uninjured. The greeting she has got from this failure of a league has been disgusting beyond belief top the bottom in the league. They do not want the straight waker as the face of the wnba. But they want all the profits and recognition and ratings and merchandise sales and future much greater TV contracts that Clark brings.

Living in Iowa we knew about Caitlin and what a phenom she was. It was exciting to see her play. It is crazy to see how far she has reached. To see her on this national sports stage now and almost being a household name is blind blowing in a way. Never expected her to be a lighten rod but not surprised by it either. I just hope she continues to play the game with joy and not let any of the negative outside noise cause her to lose that.
