@@Ysoserious1 that's dumb. a lot of people tuned out womens basketball because of the talent gap from the NBA, but having a player with a great play style in Caitlin Clark bring eyes to it is showing people that you can still enjoy it. Hell, I'm a parent and I enjoy watching my not-super athletic son play soccer. It seems the Fever use the first half as practice/warm-up. Like many thousands of others, I laughed a year ago at the idea of watching a WNBA game, but now, wow! If the haters will step back and see the bigger picture: largest crowds watching in person and online, the most social media and main stream news coverage of the WNBA ever... Not ever really having been into basketball, I had to research the meaning of positions. If I understand correctly, the point guard (CC) is like the quarterback in football. She has to see the big picture, always, direct the team on the court. Point guards have to be smart, fast, good ball handlers and it helps if they can shoot too. LOL Now I understand the comparisons to NBA point guards like Curry. Because of her, people like me are watching WNBA and learning to appreciate how many good players there are. Thanks CC!

It's mainly because Clark doesn't box out anyone. When the ball is shot she just runs to the rim and grabs the ball before her teammate can. Typically guards should be on the perimeter boxing out and than looking for an outlet pass from their bigs.

She should've had the triple double. Again some of her accurate passes to OPEN teammates were missed. One was under the basket too! But that's okay they all played great D in the 2nd half. Clowns who were calling for coach Sides to be fired need to calm down. She had a great game plan and the Fever are jelling. Boston was awesome!!! Caitlin had more rebounds than Brink! And I like CB but gotta give CC her props. 1 game but we'll take it FTW!!!!

Well stated description of this game. Some things are clicking. The interior offense is developing. Sides did well with substitutions that kept it going. Boston is getting into last year's form! CC had more rebounds than Brink, that says a lot.

@@brianroesch3259 Yeah, I like Brink she just needs to clean up her foul troubles. Jackson looked explosive. Hamby was off in the 2nd half, that suffocating D by Indy was outstanding. Oh and Fagbenle was great too, the whole team did well. 🎉❤‍🔥

The main reason why people are upset with Kristy sides is because she is trying to get Kaitlyn to quit taking long three point shots. And we all know that that is what stretches the defense and gives her teammates even better shots. Not dimension the threes are Amazing to watch.
