Wowow. This is a spot-on reply about what I'm trying to do with this show, and this comment absolutely made my day. Good luck out there, human ❤

I just played this 4 times in a row. For some reason this one resonates with me. It hits me in the feels. I think what hit me is the line "good luck out there human" In the context it is even sadder than goodbye. Because this person you built dreams with you realize is now just another face in the crowd. Just another Human. You have just completely let go. To the point you are no longer even angry. You wish them well and then just walk away. The dreams, the time spent, the plans made, all washed away by the rain. A clean slate, empty... Not even regret left. Just empty.

This song finally got under my skin, way under. Played the first 37 seconds in a loop for hours driving toward a silent windmill sunset, with a howling not-yet-full moon behind. And wrote a letter in my head to someone I never told I loved her.

the stories woven deep into bathroom graffiti is astounding. It's usually a dark and dreary place where you find the most of it but the uplifting and hilarious messages can really brighten your day. I love how they're also used as a passing remark someone thought of and not something with actual thought. It makes it a much more authentic look into human nature and how a person acts. it's much easier to see that in thank god for sluts because of both the hate and pride of some people and the power and swagger of the ones replying really shows how the ones we look down upon are the strongest of all. They are able to withstand the gazes and glares and also shine brighter than a fucking supernova. A boatload of flowers to you for this astonishing album.

The way you sing you makes it feel like the same person/idea every time, and that breaks my heart every time I hear it

i found this musical through small pieces posted on instagram, then listened to the full tracks. this one hit me like a truck. something about the tiny beautiful pieces of humanity, if you take the time to look. i’m obsessed with the concept behind this musical, and i’m so happy about the off-broadway run!! good luck out there, human

The moon howling part should have been the chorus man 🔥 I get it’s off the wall but could have been a banger

this might sound like a drastic comparison to make, but have you ever found a handprint from someone long since gone and you put your own hand over it instinctively? Bathroom graffiti feels like that.
