That is one pale, passive aggressive, pushy, low class, vulgar, inarticulate, unoriginal, insensitive, over simplistic, loud mouth, arrogant, greedy, superficial woman. I'd rather read Sylvia Plath or Simone de Beauvoir.

- You're using her appearance, something that has no bearing on her person whatsoever, to judge her? Is that really necessary? - She very openly discusses all her points, and takes on all the power she can for good - She speaks her views and is persuasive, yes. But is she aggressive? No. - Yes, she is working class. Why on earth does that matter or have any bearing on what she's saying, which regardless is much more intelligent than anything most higher class people could say - Vulgar? Yes, she uses some phrases that perhaps aren't in 'good taste', but hey, they're funny and make her points. And would you say that if a man was saying those words? - She is very arguably one of the most articulate people I have ever heard. She's up there with lectures, professors, academics, really. Her vocabulary is far above the norm and she uses it with extreme precision to craft her points with a lot of technicality - Did you listen to the interview? Or any other interview she's ever given?

+Ellen H She realised that she need to be original in order to be created because there was nothing she could make successfully that had been done before. You only have to read and of her work to see the originality seeping through - Everything she says is incredibly empathetic. She makes clear points about wanting more representation of black, trans, gay, and other minority's, which she is not a part of, and she says she sympathises with their issues, and she does it in the best way she can to be a 'lovely person', something she has previously expressed the importance of - Every argument she makes is explain in detail, with different points of view, wider contextual factors, and complications taken into account. Which, while completely understandable and relevant, is not simplistic - Again, what is wrong with voicing her options? She doesn't do it aggressively, and is simply an advocate for change trying to better other people's lives by introducing what she thinks is best,

+Ellen H and what else can she do? Even if you do not agree with her views, how else is she meant to go about giving them effectively? And again, men would very likely be encouraged to be 'loud mouth'ed, so women need to be that also, to achieve equality. If women cannot take up space they can't be equal - She knows how she has effected people, butt in no way does she exaggerate that to herself. With over half a million Twitter followers, millions of people owning her books, and great success in achieving her goals, of course she deserves to be proud. But, while she uses her fame and status as an audience for her views, she does not big herself up unfairly at any point in this interview - What does she try to take for herself? Look at her life: she's really not very greedy. She states near the very beginning of the interview that she doesn't own many clothes, which is fairly true. She does not have the most expensive everything. She does not solely do things for her own good,

+Ellen H and definitely doesn't give that impression in this interview. All she advocates is what she wants for others in terms of equality - In what way do you know her true self to know whether or not she's genuine? Personally I see her as very truthful, and the openness about her past and views, and continuity of self all support this So, if you prefer other people to Caitlin, of course that's ok. Have your opinions. But if you're going to say untrue, cruel things about her that are in no way beneficial, please just say nothing
