I'm not even gonna lie, this is by far the most captivating kpop group I've stumbled upon since BTS. And they're fucking rookies. Like the potential and the talent they have is crazy. So charismatic already. Dancing, singing, rapping - absolutely slaps and so far they seem very well-rounded, like every member is memorable and can get the camera's attention very easily. I defended them since Batter Up was out and I genuinely think Batter Up was a great debut, now there's this which beats a lot of senior group releases. This may be an unpopular opinion, but no matter how often I hear this song, I still can’t get the chorus to grow on me. I’m not against one word choruses, I just really dislike the word choice lol. The only time sheesh works for me is its inclusion in the raps. I think that the simplicity of the chorus compliments the complexity of the verses well. It kept the song a little more balanced and with Ahyeon back, she is the catalyst of the group to have them even better than they were when they were 6 members. LIKE THAT was written by Charlie Puth and was the type of the music that I would have liked BABYMONSTER to be putting out. I think that this is the sound that suits their vocals and they can really show off.

It's like, the chorus is meant to be the part that you'll hum when you think of the song while the the rest of the song is a highlight that makes you remember when you're asked about the song.
