@@rosslmccallum I am trying to transcribe the first groove. Can you confirm that the right hand is playing K - (s) - (S) - (s) - K - K - S? Is the left hand playing the 16th notes in between? Hope I am not completely wrong, my first try...

Touchene Fouad good question! Imagine a basic rock beat beat in 4/4. 7/8 is one eighth note shorter. 7/4 is 3 quarter notes longer.

I think that tha grooves in 7/8 are the most difficult.
