Zatarains Creole Butter Cain Iniector
1 Tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp Natures Seasoning all purpose
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp Cajun/creole seasoning
1/2 cup corn starch
Cajun butter
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Tip for regulating the oil temperature when frying: heat your oil to the desired temp on low to medium heat (best to use a thermometer). That way, when you add the cold meat to the oil and the temp drops, you can crank up the heat to get the oil back up to temp much faster.

I was not going to get a turkey this year. It's just me and my husband here at the house. The boys are older 27 and 19 and I'm pregnant again so I didn't want to do too much food and have too much left overs so just keeping it simple. Thank you so much.
