Cake Hoopla Tigard Business Spotlight

In addition to providing cake decorating lessons, Cake Hoopla is a new business in the Tigard Triangle that also hosts parties and romantic date nights. By utilizing the Tigard Triangle Opportunity Match Grant program, they were able to obtain a grant of $25,000 to help with the construction of their first location.
