Do what I done as an apprentice confectioner, start on greaseproof paper,practice alot and then do it on your cupcakes.means you can scrap it back into your bag when you make mistakes

I learned fondant and decorating fast but not the buttercream, cream cheese frosting and I finally learned the whipped cream frosting that is my favorite but people have different taste so I need to learn more lol ill sign on your email 😊

That’s amazing that you are willing to learn and keep building your skills that shows how pationate you are 🤗 that’s amazing that you have found the perfect cream cheese and whipped cream recipe!
