Recipe:
4 eggs.
Separate the yolk from the egg white.
3 tablespoons of sugar (60 g).
Beat for 4-5 minutes until the consistency is reached.
4 egg whites.
3/4 cup sugar (150 g).
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Beat for 6-8 minutes until this consistency is reached.
1 quarter cup flour (170 g).
1 tablespoon cornstarch (30 g).
1 teaspoon baking powder.
27 x 18 cm pan with baking paper.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 170 °C.
2 eggs.
4-5 tablespoons of sugar (90 g).
1 tablespoon cornstarch (30 g).
If you want a thicker consistency, add 1 more tablespoon of cornstarch.
2.5 cups milk (600 ml / 20 fl oz).
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
