Apricot cake. So easy and quick! Apricot cake from the tray - a quick and easy recipe that anyone can bake. And the result is unbelievably delicious - so fluffy and moist, the cake melts in your mouth with the juicy apricots. Baking cakes is quick and easy! A lightning-fast recipe!
Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
350 g apricots
3 eggs (medium sized)
130 g sugar (2/3 cup)
A pinch of salt
1 pack of vanilla sugar (8 g, 2 teaspoons)
120 g oil (3/5 cup)
180 ml vanilla yogurt (3/4 cup)
80 g ground almonds (3/4 cup)
180 g flour (1 1/3 cup)
2 teaspoons baking powder
40 g corn starch (1/3 cup)
Baking pan: 18 x 28 cm (7 x 10.5 inches)
Almonds sliced
Bake cake at 170 °C (338 °F) for 35 minutes.
The apricot cake is super fluffy!
So juicy.. and very tasty!
