I just made Toothless today for my nephews birthday cake. Your tutorial was very easy to follow and I’m very grateful for it. He turned out super cute! I had a bit o trouble with the wings and had a go at them twice but they eventually turned out. I marbled green, yellow and black fondant together for the eyes since I didn’t have the paints. Turned out awesome! Thanks so much!

I loved your tutorial and certainly followed your step by step guidance, thank you so much, just a little piece of comment for your awareness, I needed to watch it with my screen upside down in order to see what you were seeing so maybe you could arrange placing the camera kind of above your shoulder. Did you make Toothless' tale?

Hi. Could you tell me, please how many grams do use for any body / for legs, head,. Please help me
@CakeNation5 жыл бұрын
i used a 250 pack of modelling paste for the whole figure. I reckon 125 would have been the body and the rest split between the other areas x

I bought two-150gr jar of black fondant and they were more than enough for a 10 cm character, including the wings

Hi just wondering whether you could make this a couple of weeks in advance and if yes how to store it?
@CakeNation5 жыл бұрын
hey, it can be made a couple of weeks in advance for sure. As long as you keep it covered to stop from getting dusty. I just keep mine in a cake box x
