Ingredients:
Sponge Cake:
1. eggs - 3 pieces;
2. salt-a pinch;
3. sugar-70 g;
4. flour-100 g;
5. baking powder;
6. vanillin;
1. beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla until a fluffy foam;
2. add baking powder and salt to the flour;
3. sift the flour into the egg mixture in parts;
4. gently knead the dough with a spatula;
5. pour the dough into a baking dish (pre-lubricate with butter);
6. bake the sponge cake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees (be guided by your oven);
7. we measure the readiness with a wooden skewer.
Caramel cream:
1. caramel - 70 g;
2. cottage cheese-50 g;
3. butter - 100 g;
All ingredients must be at room temperature!
1. beat the butter until white and fluffy mass;
2. add caramel and cottage cheese;
3. beat up;
4. rub the cooled biscuit into a crumb and add the cream;
5. mix thoroughly with a spatula until smooth;
6. cover the mass with a film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes;
7. after 30 minutes, roll the same balls weighing 25 g each from the resulting mass (you should get 20 pieces);
8. next, you will need white chocolate - 15 g and sticks for cake pops;
9. melt the white chocolate in the microwave;
10. wet the sticks and gently stick them into each ball;
11. put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours;
To cover cake pops:
1. chocolate (any) - 250 g;
2. vegetable oil-20 g;
1. melt the chocolate in the microwave and add vegetable oil;
2. mix well;
3. we dip the cooled cake pops in chocolate and let the excess chocolate drain;
4. if desired, decorate with confectionery sprinkles, freeze-dried berries or nuts;
5. let the chocolate harden (you can also stick the sticks into the foam);
