Anyone who knows me knows, I love Apple Pie! It is my comfort food par excellence, if it is so soft and moist I can't resist! This version is truly the best eaten so far, the cake poured with two distinct layers, with the Apricot Jam in the center and apples both inside and on top, I love it! I recommend it, but I warn you you will no longer be able to do without it!

220 g flour 00
16 g Baking yeast
