Looove your style of presenting recipes 👌🏼 It’s always so sooo informative. Jazakallahukhair. Just some extra info incase it’s useful for anyone... One could use a pinch of turmeric too if colour isn’t there or if one wants a natural alternative. A pinch will not alter the taste. Also you may not need to add colour if using desi eggs since their yolks are darker yellow/orange colour. Another fun fact ... The process of eggs one at a time is also called emulsification (mixing oil and water based ingredient). Same process is used in making Mayonnaise and also in making the Middle Eastern garlic sauce Toum.

Delicious . I make with oil similar recipe. But I have a suggestion. Cream eggs and sugar 1st, then add oil , then flour and other ingredients. Creaming egg makes v crispy cake rusks
