I know that you are typically on the sides you are on (Mike on stage right, Lauren on stage left), but because you are both looking in the opposite directions when you are looking at each other through your screens you might consider swapping your placement when you do remote recordings like this so it looks more like you are looking at each other, instead of off camera.

I also realize that all I am offering is criticism and should round-out my comment. This setup looks great! Lauren, especially, your lighting is *chef's kiss*. And the audio is top-notch, which matters more, obviously, when doing a podcast. Can't wait to see all the cool guests!

As a photographer myself, I am upfront with my family photographer every time, Hey-We don’t show our kids faces on social media, please don’t share any photos with our kids faces showing. They know upfront, and usually she plans to take shots without our kids faces showing just for *me* to be able to post and they come out beautiful, usually silhouettes or everyone walking away.
