I think that’s the whole point. In day, as long as you aren’t going out of your way to destroy police and civilian cars, they don’t care. At night it’s infinitely more intense, even if the AI is still dumb in certain parts (I.e being unable to do jumps).

@@ZenyxCh On heat Lvl 1, if they spot you they will chase you no matter how slowly you are going. The reason why is because you either A. Initiated and completed a race B. Crashed into the cops. So when they spot you, it means they reaquired you from a previous pursuit.
