Hi Anhdao! We are just using a simple buttercream, some times referred to as an American style. I find it's an easy one to make and also color so we love it for teaching since most of the folks tuning in are beginners or still learning. But you could really use other kinds of buttercream(Swiss or Italian) to make these. As far as colors go I use the Chefmaster Liqua Gel colors. They are really concentrated so they are great for making intense shades and I love the dropper bottles. happy Decorating!!

@@anhdaonguyen1962 Hi! We do have an online school. you can find it at cakedecoratingschool.com. We do a yearly subscription and there are lots of fun cake projects with very detailed videos, templates when needed and information sheets for each one. It's all streaming so you do need a good internet connection. hope this helps!
