Cakeshare, my pistachio semifreddo recipe! ASMR
Experiment and relax at the same time listening to the noises generated by the kitchen and the preparations themselves, try to replicate my desserts by turning off any source of noise and enjoying the moment!

PISTACHIO SEMIFREDDO:
400g fresh cream
100g condensed milk
85g pistachio paste
150g strawberry pulp
50g water
8 ladyfingers
PISTACHIO CREAM:
65g white chocolate
40g cream
10g pistachio paste
SEALS:
Strawberries
DOSES FOR: 6/8 PEOPLE
MOLD FOR PLUMCAKES: 22 cm x 9 cm
N.B: a new recipe to fight these hot days! Quick and easy, you can eat on any occasion! The preparation, as you can see from the video, is really easy. Two small precautions to obtain a perfect result; if it is particularly hot, use a container with water and ice to keep under the bowl where you whip the cream, it is an excellent ally to keep the temperature low. Remember to wait for the right amount of time before removing the parfait from the mold!
Small personal advice, if you like the taste of strawberry, keep the soaked ladyfingers a few seconds longer so as to absorb as much liquid as possible.
Once decorated with the cream and strawberries, the parfait is ready to be eaten, in case you need it for the next day I suggest you put the parfait in the fridge at least 2 maximum 3 hours before you want to eat it.
