You've just inspired me. I have a very small rectangle white choc mud cake, layered with White choc swiss meringue butter cream, and covered in it too. I'm going to make some ganache and do my first ever drip cake. Mom and dad didn't want an anniversary cake this year so I'm making this small one. Hey Vanessa I wanted to start by saying I love you so much!! You are just the best I've seen on KZbin yet! I have a question I have made buttercream after buttercream for piping and it's like it just don't want to be firm as yours to make flowers can you tell me what I may be doing wrong? I live in Georgia and it's hot here so I've tried so many different buttercream recipes and it seems like my flowers every time just fail they never want to stay up properly and I've even refrigerated my icing first!!
