Yes Jen, I would personally prefer watching Cakra singing the first song "Make It Rain" until it ended without any judge interruption. From my point of view it was a better song compared to the second one. It could've been more challenging and exciting to see how Cakra delivered it. I guess Simon planned to test his mentality on stage. But fortunately, his good attitude (being humble and nice) during the performance has kept him staying cool when Simon interrupted him to stop and perform another song. Cakra made it and he delivered it well. Thank you for reacting Cakra's rendition on AGT Audition. As always, your reaction is great and awesome. We will see his performance again next month I suppose. Hopefully he can deliver it pretty well. 👍🙏

Great reaction Jen! I'm glad Cakra did not get a Golden Buzzer. He did get 4 votes to continue in the competition, so that means the public will have more chances to hear his amazing voice. No matter what the final result, I think this opportunity will definitely impact his career in a positive way.

Well ... Cakra has done full cover of both songs - I mean, if you're interested to break each cover down - vocally and technically 🙏 but his version of "Make it Rain" is a pretty long video - almost 6 mins - so yes, hopefully you want to analyze how he sings blues 👍 really looking forward to it Thank you so much Jen for your reaction ❤️❤️❤️ I'm rooting for Cakra on AGT, wish him the best of luck

I know you disappointed with Simon's decision to stop him in the middle of the song ! But you don't need to worry, you can analyzed make in rain cover directly from his channel ....

Simon is a very unpredictable person, every comment he says is very uncomfortable for people who have just met him... that's Simon, very complicated! but if a song is good, beautiful, which makes Simon's heart touched.. good comments are spoken.

Yes, he did a home-made cover of Make It Rain. And it's so epic that I think that singing it at AGT was a bad choice, the difference is quite noticeable to my ear. So I agree with Simon on this one ))

It was a shame that Simon stopped Cakra in the middle of his audition. Had Simon watched how Cakra Khan nailed it when he sang Make It Rain on his KZbin channel, he would've felt sorry for having interrupted Cakra 😢😢😢

I think it was not. Simon sometimes does interrupt a singer mid performance on AGT and what happened to Cakra wasn't exactly the first time. Perhaps they need some spice as the show is aired on TV or maybe he genuinely didn't like the song. However Cakra got 4 yeses and a standing ovation and I think that's what really matters.

I'm a day late on this one. I apologize, but I am caught up now! I was going to tell you about this audition but I'm usually a day or two behind on watching AGT and assumed by that point you already knew about it. As I am sure you have seen in the comments, Cakra Khan does have a cover of Make It Rain on his channel so I am hoping we will get to see a reaction and analysis soon? 🙂 I, too, was surprised when Simon stopped the first song, but he did say it was the track he didn't really like, not the voice. Maybe it's because it's such a short audition Simon is trying to really hear the voice and sometimes, for him, the track is distracting? Watching you watch Cakra sing is so much fun. Your face says as much as your words. I don't think I am the only one who loves that about you. Thank you for the smiles this morning. Great job. ❤

It feels like Simon often doesn't do justice to participants who sing compared to participants who aren't singers. Imagine if that was done to participants who performed acrobatic shows?

For me, it proved that Simon is a great producer & judge of TV talent shows, he must have studied Cakra's videos and knows what he is capable of. The first song is too long (based on his video Cover) and the second song showed that Cakra is a great artist he could engaged the audience.
