Another thing to note is that when vader was handed the inquisitors to oversee, he challenged them all to a fight at once and a few of them he cut limbs off and told them to stop crying about it in a nutshell. So alot of inquisitors are more scared of vader then they are pain. Losing a limb to them is the least of their worries.
