As far as I’m aware though he’s not like some godlike being or purely evil character. Through the voice lines in this song it seems like he has Atleast some wit and cockiness to him, and not just “I am god; you’re too slow” type of personality.

I like to imagine that this could take place either before or after Instigation from VS Speed.gif. Fatal's line "you weren't even supposed to be here" could, imo, be interpreted as either, "how is there another virus sonic besides me", or "I checked to make sure there wasn't others like Speed.gif here, so how are you here?" Great song, love the part at 2:38, the way the tempo swaps to more of a swing style is awesome!

The only thing I now feel is, Fatal is really tall. While the others, including DX, need to turn into their true forms to be massive, Fatal's Sonic form is already tall enough. And as for his true form? Gosh I don't think any other exe is comparable with him.
